    Telematics is the wireless communication of information and control messages to and from moving machines. AirIQ is a wireless application service provider, specializing in Telematics. AirIQ uses the concept of wireless mobility to connect with machines so that owners can communicate remotely and automatically, without human intervention.

    AirIQ harnesses the power and economics of five proven technologies within one easy-to-use solution. By combining the Global Positioning System (GPS), wireless communications, digitized mapping, computing intelligence and the Internet, AirIQ is able to offer a broad suite of services to a diverse set of customers.

    AirIQ sold its vehicle finance division in March 2007 for $22 million.

    Dreamcatcher was acquired by JoWood Productions (JWD:VI) in January 2007.
