Hot Winter Routine

I believe the winter months is a great opportunity to develop several areas of your game along adding value to your business. I know the importance of physical training both your body and mind will lead to better results on the golf course .

HOT YOGA!! Wow, I’ve experienced yoga in a air conditioned room reaching for your water bottle after the class was complete, combining breathing , balance, strength,mobility , stability into a 90 minute experience  with temperatures reaching 40 degree Celsius  will leave your body and mind feeling balanced . I have only been attending classes for a month now and the advantages are so good from a golfers body and especially mind!

Combining a two day schedule in the gym coupled with yoga twice a week is a routine I know will lead to better results both on and off the golf course .
