2009 PGA Championship
4 December 2009Walking tall after falling a couple shots short of returning to the winners circle again left me feeling a bit empty, after finishing the final round at at total of -7 under par knowing that two putts over the last three days would of placed me in the playoff for the covenant cup ounce again. It was a pleasure playing with fellow Ontario team member Ken Tarling the last round, he sat with me after the round and mentioned that I dont belong here, ”youre ball striking was very impressive and you have to surround yourself with the best players in the world” , ” You should of won this event hands down”
the word “should” belongs in the past!!!!! I know that I have to become more efficient around the greens and I understand that the quality of the questions we ask ourselfs daily will determine the quality of our lives , so the question is ” When I get to the next level, how will it feel ? ”
