I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Months of media lobbying and a petition (“Bring TSN2 to Rogers Cable – Raptors fans have waited long enough“) finally had its impact. TSN2 is now on Rogers. But what the Lord Giveth, He also Taketh Away. Raptors TV is no longer available as part of the same Digital Packages; the one that meant that most of us didn’t have to pay extra last NBA season. The moment that TSN2 brought us the rest of the Raptors basketball season, Rogers decided to make Raptors TV (and their exclusive coverage of certain Bosh games) a $2.99/month affair.
The petition worked! But not how we planned. Drat.
