The loans are simply over produced. Too many issued. Supply and demand. If it's really a question of some home owners that are in default, how come suddenly they can't pay their mortgages? It's not so many - the real problem is too many loans produced without any <a href="http://insurance-rapid.info" title="http://insurance-rapid.info" rel="nofollow">insurance</a> against over-supply. It’s not really about the defaults is it?
