I sort of feel in past elections the Internet was limited to a supporting role, and was still in a type of beta phase politically here in Canada. However I think we've reached a point where all sorts of groups and individuals will use the Internet as a way to add to the spin and momentum of the campaigns. It should be exciting! And yes, it should almost certainly increase voter turnout. I’m totally looking forward to the upcoming federal election.
